Lisa Charbonneau has dedicated 35 years to hands‑on healthcare, beginning her career as a CNA in nursing homes and advancing to Department Head through demonstrated skill and compassionate leadership. In 2016 she completed Florida’s core training and became a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. After two administrator roles, Lisa recognized a need for stronger resident advocacy and purchased a home, carefully converting it into a warm, home‑like assisted living facility where each resident receives personal attention and dignified care.
In 2025 Lisa completed the intensive requirements to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner, building on years of Alzheimer's and dementia training to provide specialized, compassionate care for residents living with memory loss. Lisa leads a family-centered leadership team: her daughter Debbie is core‑trained and serves as Assistant Administrator, supporting operations while also providing hands‑on caregiving, and her daughter Anna covers overnight care, ensuring residents’ hydration, toileting, and safety during higher‑risk hours.
All caregivers complete extensive training that exceeds AHCA requirements and are highly qualified to meet resident needs.
At our facility we prioritize individualized care, respectful advocacy, and a home environment that fosters comfort, safety, and meaningful connection.
